At Johnny's Red Rock Designs, each order is carefully prepared and packaged with attention to detail. We want your purchase to arrive safely and in excellent condition.

Processing Times

Ready-to-Ship Items: Most in-stock items are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after your order is placed.

Custom and Made-to-Order Items: Please allow approximately 7–10 business days for production before shipping. More intricate or personalized orders may require additional time. We will communicate with you if additional processing time is needed.

Business days exclude weekends and major U.S. holidays.

Shipping Destinations

We currently ship within the United States.

International Shipping: International orders may be accommodated by prior arrangement. Please contact us before placing an order to discuss shipping availability, costs, and any special requirements.

Shipping Costs and Delivery

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery destination.

Estimated delivery times depend on the shipping carrier and destination. Processing times are separate from shipping transit times.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available.

Shipping Carrier Delays

Once your order has shipped, transit times are the responsibility of the shipping carrier. While I make every effort to ship orders promptly, Johnny's Red Rock Designs cannot guarantee delivery times and is not responsible for carrier-related delays once the package has been accepted by the shipping provider.
