The Om symbol (ॐ) is one of the most sacred symbols in Hinduism, Buddhism, and other Dharmic traditions, and it carries deep spiritual meaning. Here’s a clear breakdown:
Primordial Sound – Om is considered the original sound of the universe, representing the vibration from which all creation emerges. Chanting Om is believed to align the individual with the cosmic energy.
Threefold Nature – The sound Om is often broken into three syllables: A-U-M:
A represents the waking state, creation, and the physical world.
U represents the dream state, consciousness, and inner life.
M represents deep sleep, transcendence, and the ultimate reality (Brahman). Together, these signify the totality of existence.
Symbolism in the Shape – The visual Om (ॐ) also carries meaning:
The large lower curve represents the waking state.
The upper curve represents deep sleep.
The middle curve represents the dream state.
The dot above represents the absolute state, or spiritual enlightenment.
The semicircle separating the dot from the curves symbolizes Maya (illusion), which prevents the realization of the ultimate reality.

Please refer to photo images of available fonts and how they will appear in 2-8 letter names. Name or initial will be placed in the bottom right corner of the journal and is approximately 1.5 inches long by .4 inches high.

Once your order is placed I will do a mock up of the name/initials in the chosen font you MUST approve this (this is to ensure correct spelling, font choice) prior to final order. Once I receive approval on mock up I will process the order please allow up to one week to process after approval.
